Grandma & Grandpa Grandparents are the proud owners of this little blue house, complete with everything a Sim could need to be happy.

This two story dream house has two bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) a mid-sized kitchen with separate dining area, a spacious living room, and a one full bathroom. Other features include a laundry room, a large side porch and a cozy little sitting room at the end of the hall.

Outside you will find a beautifully landscaped yard full of colorful tulips and exotic blue rosebushes, hand picked by Grandma to match the exterior of the house. The backyard has a small fish pond, Grandpa's Work Bench and a small kennel where their trusty dog, Max lives.
